 -  What raw materials do you use for your products?

We use different types of wood for our crafts — from bamboo, to mahogany, to acacia. We also partner with other craft makers to help them bring their products to you.

- Where is your wood from?

We source the wood for our products from local quality lumber suppliers. No matter what type of wood or product, we guarantee you premium quality.

- How do I personalize my order?

You can personalize your chosen items with names, logos, and monograms — whichever best suits your liking. Just click on “PERSONALIZE” when you check out an item from our catalog.

- Do you charge extra for engraving?

All our prices are already inclusive of engraving. We do charge extra for some items that you might want to have an additional text or a highly customized artwork.

-  How long does it take to produce my order?

Item production is one (1) week. Please send us a message on Facebook or via email to get the latest information about production lead time.

-  How long will my order take to ship?

Shipping of orders takes only two to three (2-3) working days for NCR and Luzon, and three to six (3-6) working days for Visayas and Mindanao. However, shipping time may vary due to ongoing community quarantines within the country. 

-  How can I track my order?

You can track your order here on our website. Just click on Track my Order under the main menu and enter your email address and your order number.

- Is nationwide shipping available?

Yes! We ship nationwide via LBC. Orders worth ₱3,000 and up are shipped for free.

-  Can I pick up my order?

Yes! You can select the pick up option when you checkout your orders here on our website. We are located in Taytay, Rizal and can be found on Google Maps or Waze.

-  Are returns possible?

We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If the product/s you ordered do not meet your expectations, we would be very happy to replace it with a new one and ship it to you for free! Just let us know within 30 days of receiving your order.

-  What are the available modes of payment?

We accept payment via bank deposit, online bank transfer, credit card, and GCash.

-  Do you accept bulk orders?

Yes! Bulk orders are perfect for corporate giveaways, wedding souvenirs, and party favors. Discounts are also given for bulk orders. Contact us for further information!
